Nothing happened, I mean nothing except for platitudes and a second date between Frankie and Angie for dinner tonight in Paris. Would someone find out where? It's the only restaurant open in Paris.
Mr. Samaras continues to wander through Europe looking for support. He will find none, and oh yeah, Carter, some resolution of Greece before getting serious with Spain would, IMHO, actually make the job easier. A yapping little city-dog at one's heels is a great distraction. Kick it in the corner.
Reports out of Spain stank as opposed to 48 hours ago when supposed good news pushed the market straignt up...and straight down again today.
Everyone is waiting for the speeches next week from Bernanke and Draghi...the most important speeches of their lives which never should have been needed to be given. Unless we have something interesting, I'm going to sit out the rest of the week.
