Well the long week came and went. Today, the Chinese announced brand new controls on the stocks markets, including trading limits; everyone breathed a sign of relief that Big Brother has a handle on things again and went out and bought stocks sending the DOW up 390 at the close. The future seems bright and absolutely nothing else of interest happened any where in the entire world which certainly helped. That of course does nothing for me as I was planning on discussing the events of today and with nothing to discuss, I have to start think about more esoteric columns for the remainder of the week. Which I plan to do starting right now.
