TAKING A BREAK

I caught hell on my Libor comments from a couple of guys I trust so I'm going to step back and have a rethink.  More of the same today as yesterday which in itself is not good but not particularly interesting so I'm not goin to bore you.  One question for the day, however?  When is an autonomous Spanish State like California?  Think about it.
