Sandy was horrendous and continues to be so. As one transported from the East coast this one hit home personally as I learned yesterday that my family's little summer home in which I spent the first 25 years of my life is no more. Friends have lost so much their lives are altered. I spent all day trying to contact so many yesterday and continued to do so today which is why I'm way behind in the blog and in my promises. Apologies. As I said, I rode out a few of these storms in that little house on Long Island but I simply can't imagine what this one would have been like. Con permisso, give me until tomorrow to get my act together and renew my efforts.
